FAQ's


WHAT IS YOUR BAG POLICY?

-No oversized bags or backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. The venue has the right to refuse entry and to restrict any items at any time without prior notice.


IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

-Ample free parking parking is available on the west side of the venue nearest the freeway. On nights when valet parking is available it will be clearly identified with easily visible signage.


DO YOU HAVE A TWO DRINK MINIMUM?

-Yes. Any drink order counts towards the two drink minimum. We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and encourage our guests to please drink responsibly.


WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

-We accept all major credit cards through our website, box office, and in our showroom, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

-Tickets are usually between $15 – $20. Special Event ticket prices can be more, depending on the specific event. Online tickets usually cost a little less than walk-up tickets over-the-phone tickets.


I'M FUNNY TOO... HOW DO I GET BOOKED?

-We are always looking for new talent! Please email a 5 minute clip and your avails to: Booking@SuperFunnyComedyClub.com.


IS THERE GRATUITY?

-There is a 15% gratuity. If you fail to sign your credit card receipt we automatically apply gratuity.


ARE THERE TICKET FEES?

-Yes, but they are very reasonable. We’ve partnered with a ticketing company (Seat Engine).


CAN WE EAT/DRINK AT THE SHOW?

-We highly encourage you to dine with us! We are proud to present over 24 beers on tap! Please note that outside food and beverage is prohibited.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE TO THE SHOW?

-Guests are allowed into the building up until 30 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 30 minutes into the show due to the potential for disruption to the performers. No exceptions. No refunds.


IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR ENTRY?

-Unless otherwise specified, you must be at least 21 years of age to enter and at least 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. You will need to show valid photo identification to enter our club. Accepted forms of identification include:

  • State issued Driver’s License
  • State issued ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • U.S. Permanent Resident Card There are special events from time to time that allow entry for patrons who are 18+.


DO YOU ALLOW CAMERAS IN THE VENUE?

-Photography, filming, videotaping, or other forms of recording without consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. The only exception to this is for guests who take pictures/selfies in the designated area for photos, which is marked with clear signage. Guests who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately. Certain artists may also prohibit cell phones from being allowed into the show. Please check the details of your show at purchase.


HOW DO I BOOK THE VENUE FOR A FUNDRAISER, PRIVATE PARTY, OR PRIVATE EVENT?

HOW DO I LEARN MORE ABOUT UPCOMING SHOWS AND WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE CLUB?

-Check us out on Instagram and Facebook for the latest news or join our mailing list and be the first to know! Joining the mailing list is the most efficient and easiest way to be in the know… the form to join is on the homepage.


HOW LONG ARE THE SHOWS?

-100 minutes long. That’s the sweet spot for the length of a comedy show.


WHERE IS THE CLUB?

-8402 S. Hosmer St. (Annex Bldg) Tacoma, WA 98444 We are located on the same plot as the newly remodeled Holiday Inn.


ARE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE?

- Yes. They are available for purchase in person at the bar. Request to buy one or some from your server or the bartender. They are available they'll be in any denomination, never expire, and be both purchasable and redeemable at the location.


WHAT IS THE POLICY IF A HEADLINER IS RESCHEDULED?

- No refunds. You have 2 options.
Option 1: Keep your tickets for the rescheduled date as we will honor them (same day of the week and showtime, ie If you have Friday at 7pm... you still have Friday at 7pm).
Option 2: Request to turn your tickets into credit for use on a different show... we have lots a wonderful acts booked, just pick a different one.
Also, a gift to you for your inconvenience. In most cases, the rescheduled headliner will be replaced with a fill-in act, we will ALSO honor your tickets to the showtime you originally purchased.


WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIP, GENERAL, PREFERRED, OR BOOTH TICKETS?

-Our seating is first-come-first-served by section.


  • VIP tickets are for the best available seats. You’ll be sat in in the front few of rows… the closer, the better.
  • General Admission tickets also for quality seats, just not as charming as the VIP section. The earlier you arrive, the better seats you will have!
  • Preferred are the elevated seats along the back of the room.
  • Booth seating are the oversized plush white leather booths along the back of the room.


WHAT IS SEATING LIKE?

-Spacious. Small tables with four comfy chairs at each of them. If your group is smaller, or odd-numbered you may be sat with other people. If your group size is larger you will have multiple tables next to each other. All of our seating is done first come first serve by section, from the front to the back of the room.
