3.3 No Compensation

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must notify Club management immediately upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background footage or group shots. Your alternative is to not enter or remain in the venue.
